MS - Manuscript, three pages, 7 December 1820, from petitioner Antonio Paolo Piccolomini of Siena (Piccolomini was an important family from the 15th century from whence came Pope Pius II). This petition was granted by the Sacred Congregation for the Penitentiary and attested by various officials.  Due to poor health, Piccolomini seeks permission to consume meat every day, regardless of feastdays. Bears the blind embossed paper and wax seal of the Sacred Penitentiary. Signed by the congregation secretary on behalf of (future) Cardinal Michele di Pietro (prefect 1811-21).
